4. I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 3-5 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 12-18 business days.

9. I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong, kindly notify us via email at ilumi2shop@gmail.com as soon as possible.

10. What if I receive a defective product?

Don't worry, We will replace it for free of cost. You just need to send a photo of the defective product within 24-48 hours after delivery to ilumi2shop@gmail.com.
